Abstract： In light of the lecture ＂How to be a good teaching and research staff member-promote teaching and research and teachers development through professional rationality＂ by Wang Jianzong,headmaster of No. Beijing 14 middle school, the paper explores young research and training teachers professional quality and developing strategy.
