从生产力和人的发展两个根本标准来看,传统计划经济体制不是一个能够有效促进生产力发展进而促进人的自由全面发展的经济体制。但在历史视野中,它是人类社会发展的必然环节,是作为自由放任市场经济的直接对立面登上历史舞台的。如果我们将自由放任的市场经济作为正题,那计划经济就是它的反题,当今时代计划和市场两种经济手段的综合运用便是两者的合题。

By the standards of the production capability and human development,the traditional planned economy system was not a effective system.But,in the historic vision,It is an inevitable link of the human society＇s development.It appeared on the scene as the direct opposite to the laissez faire market.If we make the laissez faire market of the thesis,then the planned economy should be the antithesis,and today＇s comprehensive application of the plan and market should be the synthesis.
