基于价值视角的和谐政民关系构建研究

On the Construction of Government-public Relations Service-oriented Government-Based value perspective

从价值视角分析政民关系的现状,存在着政府价值取向偏差、政府属性出现缺失、民众需要出现非理性因素等问题。要解决这些问题,必须从构建以服务理念为核心的政府价值观,构建以民主、法制、公正为核心的服务型政府,并引导群众理性地对待个体需要三个方面着手。

Building the harmonious relationship between the government and public is the basic sustainable development of society.By analyzing the present situation of the relationship between the government and citizens from the view of value,you can find many problems,for example,the orientation deviation of the government＇s value,lack of the government＇s property and then you can find rrational factors existing concerning the public demands.In order to solve these problems,we should start from the following three aspects,constructing the view of government with core idea of service,building a service government with core of democracy,legality and justice and leading people treating the individual demands rationally.
