摘要
目的对中药材娑罗子生长过程中的成分进行分析,以利于寻找娑罗子的最佳采摘时间,指导娑罗子提取物的生产过程控制。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版(一部)娑罗子的高效液相色谱成分检测法,结合娑罗子提取物有效成分的检测方法,建立可行的高效液相色谱法检测。结果娑罗子在开花结果后的生长过程中,随着含量的不断增加,其成分比例也是在不断变化的,成熟期后成分A含量高于成分B。结论可通过该方法确定娑罗子的最佳收获时间,以减少药材批与批间的差异,使药材提取过程的参数更加可控。
Objective To analyze the components of Semen Aesculi in growth period,and seek the optimum time to harvest the Semen Aesculi in order to direct the process control for the production Semen Aesculi extractive. Methods Combining the HPLC method of Semen Aesculi in Chinese Pharmacopoeia Part I of 2010 version and the detection method of the active ingredient of Semen Aesculi extractive, a feasible HPLC method was established. Results With the increase of the content, the proportion of each component was changed constantly in the growth period after the buckeye flowering and fruiting, and the content of A was more than B after the mature period. Conclusion This method can definite the optimum harvest time so as to decrease the difference between the drug batches and get better control of the parameter during the process of extraction.
