摘要 随着生物技术的发展,生物大分子药物展现出良好的应用价值,带来巨大效益,但生物大分子的免疫原性会导致机体的免疫反应,造成毒副作用。如何合理的预测、减小及检测治疗用生物大分子的免疫原性,对生物大分子的广泛应用具有重要意义。本文从影响因素、改善手段、检测手段等方面对生物大分子的免疫原性进行综述,以期对相关研究有所帮助。 Therapeutic biomacromolecules have shown significant application value and brought huge benefits with the devel- opment of biotechnology ,while its immunogenieity can lead to immune responses and cause toxic and adverse reactions. So how to rationally predict, reduce and determine the immunogencity of biomaeromolecules is important for its widespread application. This article summarized the research progress on immunogenicity of biomacromolecules from the influences factors, improvement meas- ures and determination methods.
