The principle of DSC technique was introduced,So was the application of DSC technique in the studies of thermodynamics,kinetics of gas hydrates and in the evaluation of hydrate inhibitors.As a method of thermal analysis,DSC technique has its advantages such as less amount of samples,needless to use solvents,applied widely,quick and easy,which provides an effective technical means to explore the characteristic of gas hydrates.
