摘要
吐哈盆地侏罗系探井上部地层粘土矿物含量高,下部地层泥页岩水敏性强、微裂隙和煤层发育,钻井过程中易发生起下钻遇阻、大段划眼等井下复杂。针对地层特点和钻井施工难点,在常规钻井液体系中引入有机硅醇后,钻井液润滑性和抑制性提高,井壁稳定能力增强。在温吉桑构造和红旗坎构造实施2口井,井下复杂减少,应用效果明显。
The clay mineral content is high in upper formation of Jurassic prospect wells in Tuha basin;water sensitivity of the mud shale is severe;microfissures and coal beds also developed in the lower formation.Down hole problems of long distance wiping and blockage during tripping often happened in the drilling process.According to features of the layer and difficulties of the drilling course,treating agent of organosilicon alcohol was introduced,which made lubrication and inhibition of the drilling fluid enhanced,therefore the hole stability was promoted,too.The agent had been used in two wells of Wenjisang and Hongqikan structural belts,the drilling accidents were reduced,which had a good effect on its application.
