Study on difficulties of career decision-making for students in vocational schools

摘要 参照Gati职业决策困难量表,依据对职校生进行的访谈资料,编制出职校生职业决策困难调查问卷,对职校生职业决策困难的结构及其特点进行分析。结果表明:(1)职校生职业决策困难由9个维度构成,分别是:缺乏动机、犹豫不决、不合理信念、缺乏职业决策的相关知识、缺乏对职业自我的了解、缺乏职业信息以及获取信息的方式、不可靠的信息、内部冲突、外部冲突;(2)职校生在进行职业决策时感受到的困难主要集中在不合理信念、缺乏职业信息以及获取信息方式和缺乏职业决策相关知识方面;(3)职校生职业决策困难在性别、有无兼职经历上差异显著;独生子女和非独生子女职校生的职业决策困难没有显著差异。 Based on the Gati′s CDDQ and interviews of vocational schools′ students,a questionnaire about career decision-making difficulties of vocational schools′ students is made.Factor Analysis are employed to assess the structure of career decision-making difficulties of vocational schools′ students.The results show that:1)Career decision-making difficulties of vocational schools′ students are consisted of lack of motivation,indecisiveness,dysfunctional myths,lack of knowledge about progress,lack of information about self,lack of information about occupations and obtaining additional information,unreliable information,internal conflicts,external conflicts.2) The main decision-making difficulties of vocational schools′ students are dysfunctional myths,lack of information about occupations and obtaining additional information,lack of knowledge about progress.3)There is significant difference about career decision-making difficulties of vocational schools′ students between sex,people of different part-time experiences.There is no difference about career decision-making difficulties of vocational schools′ students between the only child and non-only child.
