摘要
"双师型"教师胜任力的研究正在引起国内教育和管理领域的关注。文章针对高等职业院校,介绍国内高职"双师型"教师胜任力的研究现状,并借鉴国外教师胜任力的研究成果,提出国内研究的发展趋向。
Research on competency of double-certified teacher now is catching the attention of education and management field in China.The article focuses on higher vocational education;the current researches on double-certified teacher competency are introduced.According to foreign researches on teacher competencies,trends for domestic researches are put forward.
