Technology readiness levels and their application

摘要 技术就绪水平(technology readiness levels,TRL)是一种比较系统的技术成熟度评价标准,对所有科技活动都具有普适的科技度量衡作用,可对科技活动各个环节的技术状态进行准确把握。本文从情报研究角度,较系统地介绍了国内外TRL及其应用情况,包括国外TRL研究的理论萌芽、理论形成、初步应用及理论扩展和广泛应用,国内理论引入、初步应用及其研究现状,并对国内外TRL相关科技文献分别进行了文献计量分析。 Technology readiness levels(TRL) are the evaluation standard of technological maturity,used in each in all aspect of technology and each stage of evaluation.We made a detailed introduction to TRL and their application in terms of preliminary theory,development and extensive application the theory cite,initial application and present status of research in China.We also analyzed the current literature about of TRL research.
