摘要
报告10例颈内静脉经皮穿刺置管成功的体会。穿刺点应选在颈内静脉中段,针与皮肤呈30°—40°,向后稍外进针。
Ten cases of intravenous intub-ation of internal jugular vein werereported.The puncture needle canbe inserted into the middle segmentof the vein by holding it in anangle of 30°to 40°to the skinsurface and pushing it postero-exte-riorly.
