高校新生不适应的一个表现是一小部分学生因高考失利而要退学复读,这给学生本人,也给高校管理带来一定的影响。分析新生产生"退学复读"心理的原因,采取有针对性措施,合理解决新生"退学复读"现象,使有"退学复读"心理的新生尽快适应大学生活,建立起新的奋斗目标就显得尤为必要。
