后部结构切除对腰椎应力分布影响的三维有限元分析

Three-dimensional finite element analysis of the effect of posterior element resection on the stress distribution in lumbar spine

本文应用三维有限元方法研究了后部结构切除后腰椎应力分布的变化.结果表明.后部结构切除对腰椎的应力分布未发生明显影响,但各部分的应力水平均有所上升。并就与此有关的临床问题进行了讨论.

The change of the stress distribut- ion of lumbar spine after posterior re- section was analysed with three-dime- nsional finite element method. It was shown that the stress level in all pa- rts of the lumbar spine was elevated although the stress distribution rema- ined unchanged .The clinical importa- nce in relation with the elevation of stress level was outlined.
