面向信息化建设的信息主体素质模型研究与实践

Research and Practice of Quality Model of Information Body Oriented to Information Construction

论文针对信息主体素质培养存在的问题,结合信息管理与信息系统专业的学科特点,依据应用型本科高校的现实情况,面向我国企业信息化建设的实际人才需求,从知识、创新、能力等方面提出并构建信息主体素质模型,同时说明了该模型在教学实践中取得的显著效果。

Aiming at the main problems of training body,combined with subject characteristics of information management and information system and based on the reality of applied undergraduate college,facing the demand of enterprises＇ information construction needs of actual talents,this paper puts forwards and constructs the model of main quality of the information construction from knowledge,innovation, ability and other aspects.It also showed marked effect in teaching practice.
