摘要
论文采用文献调查的研究方法,针对公共图书馆开展老年读者服务的问题,从CNKI和LISA数据库中检索出近十年来国内外该领域的相关研究论文139篇。在对文章进行阅读分析的基础上发现:国内该主题的研究重点在于老年读者的阅读类型、心理特征、老年读者活动经验总结、老年读者对馆内建筑特殊需求等方面;国外研究则主要集中在建设和完善服务法规制度、老年读者个性化需求及老年读者阅读出版物。
Aimed at the problem of public library service for old people,this paper adopts literature survey research method and retrievals 139 papers published in recent 10 years at home and broad from the CNKI and LISA database.Through the analysis of these articles, it got the following conclusions：the domestic research emphasis is on the aged reailers＇ reading type,psychological characteristics,readers activities and the specific requirements of the equipments;foreign research is mainly focus on the services regulations system,older readers＇ individual requirements,older readers＇ publications and the service for elderly people outside the library.
