My Opinions on Reform Trends of Some Problems of Governmental Fiscal Revrnues and Expenditures of Our Country

近一、二年来,我国为进一步加强政府财政收支管理,广泛深入地探讨并积极试点和稳步推进了一些新的做法,取得了良好的效果。目前,有关做法正进一步完善并逐步推广或实施。本文拟对我国政府财政收支管理若干问题的改革趋势谈点个人看法。

In recent one or two years,some new methods have been widely and thoroughly discusseed,actively made dxperiments,steadily pushed ahead in our country in order to strengthen management of governmental fiscal revenues and expenditures,and favorable effect has been attained.For the moment,some related methods are being perfected further and popularized or put in practice step by step .This paper is ready for personal opinions of reform trends of some problems of governmental fiscal revenues and expenditures of our country.
