摘要
职业教育是教育分流的重要路径,在社会分层中扮演着关键角色,但该角色在当代中国具有明显的矛盾色彩。从教育社会学的理论视角分析,中国职业教育虽在一定程度上发挥着使受教育者摆脱非技术性就业困境,促进阶层流动的作用,却在更大程度上受到教育体制、教育管理制度、传统文化等外因及教学内容、教学过程和教育身份文化等内因的限制而阻碍着阶层流动,总结上述内外因综合作用的理论模型,对国内职业教育的研究及改革有重要启示。
As one of the important paths in the educational streaming,vocational education plays a critical role in the process of social stratification.However,the role is obviously contradictory in contemporary China.From the perspective of educational sociology,in China,on one hand,to some extent,vocational education makes the educated get rid of the non-technical dilemma and enhances social class mobility,on the other hand,to more extent,under the combined restrains of external causes(educational system,management institutions of education,traditional culture) and inner causes(educational contents,educational process,educational status culture),vocational education weakens social class mobility.Analyzing and summarizing the comprehensive theoretical model including external and inner causes mentioned above to explain the contradictory role of vocational education in the process of social stratification in China will bring valuable enlightenment for further research and reforms on Chinese vocational education.
