摘要
为提高综放工作面顶煤回收率,以新峪煤矿为工程背景,进行了综采工作面顶煤回收率的相似模型试验研究。试验研究结果表明,新峪煤矿工作面顶煤采放比应控制在1∶2左右,放煤高度应控制在5m左右;综放工艺方式采用一采一放或两采一放时,综合效果最好。通过现场应用该采放比及工艺方式发现,顶煤回收率有了较大提高,而顶煤混矸率也略有下降。研究成果对新峪煤矿综放工作面提高顶煤回收率具有重要的指导作用。
In order to study the top coal recovery ratio in fully mechanized caving face,under the engineering background of Xinyu Coal Mine of Fenxi Mining Group,taken the model experimental study on coal recovery ratio in fully mechanized caving face.The results show that,the caving face extraction-caving ratio of Xinyu Coal Mine should be controlled at about 1∶2,and the caving height should be controlled at about 5m;the caving technology should take the one caving one extraction or the two caving one extraction.The research results play an guidance role for Xinyu Coal Mine to improve the top coal recovery ratio in fully mechanized caving face.
