摘要
企业能否实现长周期安全生产,"刚性管理"非常关键,"柔性管理"更为重要。通过对企业建立的安全保证体系进行了简单分类,指出不同类型的安全保证体系发生不同类型风险的可能。建立健全了安全文化体系,依靠安全文化建设增强人的安全意识、依靠以人为本的管理机制形成员工的自我约束能力。实践证明两种管理方式并用可保证安全生产长周期。
Whether enterprises can achieve long-period safety production or not,the rigidity management is very important,and the flexibility management is even more important.The paper made a simple classification for the enterprise that had established the safety assurance system.The different types of the safety assurance system contained the possibility of occurring different kinds of risks.Relying on safety culture to enhance people's safety awareness,and relying on people-oriented management mechanism to shape the staff's self-restraint ability,the safety culture system was established and improved.Practice has proved that using these two management methods simultaneously can ensure long period safe production.
