中小企业家的道德影响力:理论与实证检验 被引量:6

摘要 本文从"道德影响力"的视角,对中小企业家的道德人格决定道德影响力的机制——人—组织道德匹配进行了理论剖析与实证检验。研究表明,人—组织道德匹配在企业家道德特质与其道德影响力间起调节作用,仅当匹配程度较高时,道德特质对道德影响力存在直接的预测效应。
