椰心叶甲耐热性初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 温度是影响椰心叶甲生长发育与繁殖的重要生态因子之一。通过开展椰心叶甲耐热性研究,探讨椰心叶甲的生态适应性机理。结果表明,高温显著影响椰心叶甲的发育与繁殖,椰心叶甲在高于30℃温度下不能完成任何发育历期;42℃极端高温处理2 h为椰心叶甲热最敏感时间;各龄期椰心叶甲PPO、POD、AsA-POD、CAT和SOD活性显著升高与椰心叶甲耐热性相关。上述结果为进一步探讨椰心叶甲耐热性分子机理及其生态适应性机理提供了理论依据与前期工作基础。 Temperature is one of the important ecological factors for development and reproduction of coconut leaf beetle,Brontispa longissima.To investigate the mechanism of its ecological adaptation,the heat tolerance was preliminarily studied.The results showed that high temperature had a great effect on its development and reproduction,and it would not finish any development above 30 ℃;2 h at 42 ℃ was its most heat-sensitive time;the activity increase of PPO,POD,AsA-POD,CAT and SOD were relative to its heat tolerance.The results would be much helpful for in-deep studies on the mechanism of heat tolerance and ecological adaptation of coconut leaf beetle.
