知识密集型服务机构与集群制造企业交互创新的自发演化研究

Spontaneous Evolution of Interactive Innovation between Knowledge-Intensive Services and Cluster Manufacturing Enterprises

知识密集型服务机构与集群制造企业关系的本质在于交互。企业技术创新需要知识密集型服务机构,知识密集型服务内植于创新过程,同时,知识密集型服务机构也助推企业技术创新,并从创新成果中受益。通过将二者交互过程作为一个演化捕鹿博弈模型加以分析,证实在一个具有不确定性和有界理性空间中,确实会自发形成知识密集型服务机构与集群制造企业的创新网络,同时,此创新网络存在两个演化稳定战略,分别对应于两个交互模式。为此,提出要强化知识密集型服务机构与集群制造企业之间的承诺行为,建立完善的知识产权保护系统,能促使创新网络更好地作用于企业技术创新,进而提升整个产业集群的创新水平。

The interaction is the nature of relationship between knowledge-intensive services and cluster manufacturing enterprises.Technological innovation requires knowledge-intensive services and it embedded in the process of innovation,simultaneously,knowledge-intensive service also promotes the technological innovation and benefits from it.This paper discusses the interaction as an evolutionary game model of catching deer and confirms the spontaneous formation of innovation network between knowledge-intensive services and cluster manufacturing in an uncertain and bounded rational space.At the same time,the innovation network exist two evolutionary stable strategies,which are corresponding to the two interactive modes respectively.However,only when the institutional arrangement was reasonable,the interaction process of knowledge-intensive services and cluster manufacturing enterprises will be spontaneous evolution.And it shows that the commitment behavior and the well-developed intellectual property protection system play a huge role in the spontaneous evolution of innovation network.Therefore,if there is no such a system environment,it needs to take a collective action by government for promoting the innovation network and making it become a fully privileged organization.Based on it,something is needed to do,including strengthening the commitment act between knowledge-intensive services and manufacturing cluster,establishing a perfect IPR protection system;promoting innovation networks serve technology innovation and enhancing the level of innovation throughout the industry cluster.
