提出双元性组织理论的一般分析框架,通过对组织创新失衡、平衡的内在机理和组织创新平衡机制的运行机理剖析,找出影响双元性组织创新平衡机制的要素、过程和动力,构建出双元性组织创新平衡机制的"四力五维"分析模型,旨在为双元性组织理论的研究和应用提供一个新的研究视角。

The paper puts forward a general analytical framework of the ambidexterous organization theory,analyses innovation imbalancing,balancing and the operation of balance mechanism,and finds out the influencing factor,process and force in the ambidexterous organization innovative balance mechanism.On that basis,the paper constructs a analysis model of ＇four-force five-dimension＇,aims to provide a new perspective for the theory research of ambidexterous organization and its application.
