作者推荐审稿人有利于加快审稿进程、提高审稿效率。对作者推荐审稿人存在的主要问题进行分析,并建议:科技期刊编辑引导作者推荐合适的审稿人;认真审核推荐的审稿人;在封闭的同行评审体系中有条件地使用推荐的审稿人;要打破同行评审的私人关系,最好公开审稿人的评审意见。

Authors＇ recommendation of peer reviewers helps journal editors to speed up the review process and improve the review efficiency. We analyze the main problems in the reviewerrecommending convention, and suggest that editors of sci-tech journals should guide the authors to recommend proper reviewers and carefully examine the recommended reviewers. In a closed peer-review system, recommended reviewers should be invited conditionally. Personal relationships during the review process should be broken and it would be best to make public the reviewers＇ comments.
