摘要
建立科技期刊论文初审的量化指标体系是提高审稿质量的一种新的思路和操作模式,但将"作者指标""学科指标""引用指标"作为编辑初审量化指标明显不当。应根据论文内容及其表达的基本要素建立相应的量化评价指标。
The quantitative indicators system of preliminary review for sci-tech journals is a new concept and mode which helps improve the quality of preliminary review. However, it is apparently inappropriate to use ＂ author indicator＂, ＂ subject indicator＂ and ＂ citation indicator＂ as quantitative indicators of preliminary review of editors. We hold that the establishment of a quantitative indicators system of preliminary review for sci-tech journals should be based on the content of a paper and essential factors it delivers.
