新生代农民工培训的障碍因素分析及对策探究

A strategic approach to the training of the new generation of migrant workers

新生代农民工已成为农民工之主体,其培训与就业已成为关乎其个体生存、发展、尊严以及经济发展与社会稳定的重要因素。培训是提升个人素质,提高就业能力的重要路径。然而,政府管理缺位,制度不健全;政府投入不足,宣传力度欠缺;经济条件欠佳,个体培训行动力不强等因素,阻隔了新生代农民工培训的健康发展。针对上述障碍因素,采取科学对策,为新生代农民工创造良好的培训环境和提供适切的培训,以提高就业能力,进而促进个体与社会的和谐发展。

The new generation of the migrant workers is a major labor force whose training plays a significant part in the economic development and social stability. However, the training is deficient due to inefficient governmental administration, insufficient funding and motivations. Therefore, countermeasures are proposed for the sake of the competitiveness of the migrant workers and social harmony.
