摘要
国家同步辐射(NSRL)角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)光束线可用于高分辨光电子谱测试。通过选择掠入射球面光栅单色器作为核心、优化光学设计以控制像差、以及适当的精密机械设计,在合肥光源光束线上实现了meV量级的使用能量分辨。初步的实验结果与理论设计相符合。
A high resolution vacuum-ultraviolet (VUV) beamline has been designed at NSRL for ARPES measurements. Grazing-incident SGM is used to increase the total efficiency. Optical design is optimized to reduce aberration. Well-matched precision mechanism is adopted. And preliminary experimental results on the new beamline show that meV energy resolution has been realized
