碳化硅材料以其优异的性能得到了越来越广泛的应用,通过简要介绍碳化硅致密陶瓷的制备方法及其性能和总结近年来国内外的研究进展,来展望碳化硅致密陶瓷材料的研究发展趋势。
Silicon carbide have been widely used because of their excellent properties.This paper describes the preparation methods and properties of silicon carbide dense ceramics,reviews the recent research progresses at home and abroad,and the development trend of silicon carbide dense ceramics was prospected.
