丹莪妇康煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效性及安全性评价

Systematic review on the efficacy and safety of Danefukang soft extracts in the treatment of endometriosis

目的:系统评价丹莪妇科煎膏治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Medline、Em-base、Cochrane图书馆、CBM、VIP、CNKI数据库,评价纳入实验的方法学质量,并提取资料,用RevMan5.0软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入21篇随机对照实验,Meta分析显示,丹莪妇康煎膏组与西药组的总有效率、妊娠率、复发率指标组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应包括肝酶升高、月经失调、胃肠道反应,差异有统计学意义。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏较常规西药治疗,疗效无差异而安全性更佳。但上述结论还需多中心、大样本、随机双盲对照临床试验进一步证实。

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danefukang soft extracts in the treatment of en dometriosis. METHODS Data were searched in PubMed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library,CBM, VIP, CNKI databases, evaluating the methodology of selected trials and extracting relevant data. Metaanalysis was conducted with RevMan 5.0 soft ware. RESULTS The metaanalysis of 21 included RCTs showed equivalent rate of clinical efficacy, pregnancy and recurrence in trial group, was no significantly different from control group, while the adverse events such as the imt3airment of hetatietransaminase ,menstruation and gastrointestinal function are significantly different from control group. CONCLUSION Com pared with conventional western medicine therapy, Danefukang soft extracts can achieve equivalent clinical efficacy and better safety. Whil.e for the number and quality of included study are not satisfactory, the results of study should be confirmed by multi centre, large randomized doubleblind control trials.
