摘要
目的 测定新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血浆内皮素(ET)及血清皮质醇(Cor) 水平,探讨其含量变化及临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫分析技术(RIA),分别测定37 例HIE患儿急性期恢复期血浆ET、Cor 的含量,并用18 例健康足月儿作对照。结果 急性期血浆ET、血清Cor 水平,与对照组比较,中重度组明显升高(P均<0-01);恢复期重度组ET与中度组Cor 与对照组比较,仍有显著性差异(P<0-01、P<0-05) 。结论 在新生儿HIE中,血ET、Cor 水平与脑损伤程度有关,持续下降者,提示病情严重,预后不良。
Objective To identify the changes and role of plasma level of endothelins(ET)and cortisone (Cor)in newborn infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods The plasma ET and Cor in 37 newborn infants who suffered from hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were measured by RIA,respectively in acute and recovery phase,and were compared with 18 healthy full-term neonate as control.Results The level of ET and Cor was markedly elevated in the mediate and severe group of patient in acute phase which was compared with control ( P <0 01),so did in recovery phase (respectively P <0 01, P <0 05).Conclusion The level of ET and Cor was related with severity of brain damage in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.It was indicated a poor prognosis that the elevated concentration had kept for a long time in newborn infant with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
