Prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal abnormal cranial shape

目的探讨产前超声检查诊断胎儿颅骨形态异常的价值。方法对产前超声检查发现的116胎胎儿颅骨发育异常情况进行回顾性分析。结果 116胎颅骨发育异常胎儿中,颅骨缺失77胎;颅骨缺损19胎,其中9胎伴其他畸形;颅骨形态异常20胎,其中17胎伴其他畸形。结论产前超声可评估胎儿颅骨发育及形态情况,有助于筛查胎儿异常。

Objective To explore the value for prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of cranial shape. Methods A total of 116 fetuses with abnormal cranial shape detected with prenatal ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 116 fetuses with abnormal cranial shape, cranial vault was absent in 77 fetuses, calvarial bone was defect in 19 fetuses, including 9 fetuses associated with other deformities. Abnormal skull shapes were observed in 20 fetuses, including 17 fetuses associated with other deformities. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound is valuable in assessing cranial dysplasia, which contributes to prenatal screening.
