摘要
为了筛选适合药食用途开发的桑树品种,以广东桑、鲁桑、白桑和鸡桑4个桑种的98份桑树品种资源为材料,分别采用雷氏盐比色法和柱前荧光衍生-高效液相色谱法,对各品种资源的桑叶总生物碱含量和1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)含量进行测定。98份桑树品种资源桑叶中的总生物碱和DNJ含量从总体上符合正态分布,4个桑种间以及多倍体和二倍体桑树品种间没有显著差异,而不同品种资源间差异明显,其中白桑种的育7803的桑叶中的总生物碱和DNJ含量最高,分别为3.74、1.54mg/g,桑叶中的总生物碱质量比>3.00 mg/g的还有广东桑种的抗锈3,DNJ质量比>1.00 mg/g的还有广东桑种的黑皮桑、抗锈2和白桑种的阿2。这些桑树品种资源适合用于桑叶的药食用途专用品种的培育。
In order to screen mulberry varieties suitable for development of medicinal and food products,the contents of total alkaloids and 1-deoxynojimycin(DNJ) in leaves of 98 mulberry variety resources from 4 mulberry species,namely Morus atropurpurea,Morus multicaulis,Morus alba and Morus australis,were determined by Reinecke salt colorimetry,pre-column fluorescent derivation and high performance liquid chromatography.The results indicated that the contents of total alkaloids and DNJ in leaves of 98 mulberry variety resources displayed normal distribution as a whole.There was no significant difference between the 4 mulberry species and between polyploid varieties and diploid ones,while there was significant difference between various mulberry variety resources.Leaves of Yu 7803 from M.alba had the highest levels of total alkaloids and DNJ,with mass ratio as high as 3.74 and 1.54 mg/g respectively.Meanwhile,the mass ratio of total alkaloids in leaves of Kangxiu 3 from M.atropurpurea was over 3.00 mg/g,and that of DNJ in leaves of Heipisang and Kangxiu 2 from M.atropurpurea and A 2 from M.alba were all over 1.00 mg/g.These mulberry variety resources are suitable for cultivation to specially produce leaves for the development of medicinal and food products.
