摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定维生素B2注射液中的镉、砷和铅。维生素B2注射液经过微波消解,使用铟、锗、铋作为内标元素进行校正,以杨树叶为质控标准物,镉和铅在1~100 ng/ml、砷在1~150 ng/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率为92.4%~101.7%,RSD小于4.1%。
An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of cadmium, arsenic and lead in vitamin B2 injection. The vitamin B2 injection samples were digested by microwave, with indium, germanium and bismuth as the internal standard elements and poplar leaves as the controlled reference standard. Both cadmium and lead were linear in the range of 1 - 100 ng/ml, while arsenic was linear in the range of 1 - 150 ng/ml. The recoveries were 92.4 % - 101.7 %, with RSDs less than 4.1%.
