摘要
为改善混凝土桥面铺装调平层与铺装层间的黏结和防水性能,提出基于环氧沥青黏结层的混凝土桥面薄层铺装设计理论与方法。结合沪苏浙高速公路江苏段三白荡特大桥桥面铺装工程,对基于环氧沥青黏结层的混凝土桥面薄层铺装的受力特性、材料与结构指标、铺装体系的疲劳特性和设计方法等进行系统的分析与研究。在国内初次实施基于环氧沥青黏结层的混凝土桥面薄层铺装实体工程1.2km试验段,通车后的检测结果表明试验段平整度和运行状况良好。
In order to enhance the performances of cohesive and waterproof between leveling layer and concrete deck surfacing,technology for concrete deck thin surfacing based on epoxy asphalt binder layer are presented.According to the practical engineering of Sanbaidang Bridge deck surfacing,which is located on the Hu-Su-Zhe Expressway in Jiangsu Province,it is systematic to analyze and research key technologies of concrete bridges deck thin surfacing,including mechanics characteristic,design indexes of materials and structure,fatigue characteristic,the theory and method of design.The experimental section with length of 1.2 km is constructed for concrete deck thin surfacing based on epoxy asphalt binder layer for the first time in China.The inspecting results,after opening to traffic,show that smoothness and operation conditions of the experimental section are good.
