肠杆菌科细菌碳青霉烯酶耐药基因分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究耐碳青霉烯类抗生素的肠杆菌科细菌所产碳青霉烯酶的型别及其流行情况。方法收集重庆医科大学附属第一医院2009年11月~2010年4月临床分离的肠杆菌科细菌,用Vitek 2 Compact进行细菌鉴定、药敏试验,从中筛选出11株对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药或中介的菌株。PCR检测blaKPC、blaIMP、blaVIM基因,阳性结果用DNA测序和BLAST比对确定基因型。结果 11株对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药或中介的菌株均为多重耐药,除1株来自眼科外均来自ICU。PCR结果3株肺炎克雷伯菌和3株阴沟肠杆菌携带blaIMP,DNA测序比对均为blaIMP-8,未扩出blaKPC、blaVIM基因条带。结论本次筛检的11株肠杆菌科细菌产碳青霉烯酶的主要型别IMP-8,且已在外科ICU中局部流行。
