肝癌组织中β-连环素和上皮性钙黏附蛋白的表达及其意义 被引量:2

Expression and significance of β-catenin and E-cadherin in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨肝癌组织中β-连环素(β-catenin)和上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组化技术检测49例原发性肝癌(HCC,A组)、7例肝硬化(B组)和5例正常肝组织(C组)β-连环素和E-cad的表达,并结合HCC的临床病理学特征进行分析。结果 C组无β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达;B组有1例出现异常表达;A组的β-连环素和E-cad异常表达率分别为67.35%(33/49)和59.18%(29/49)。中低分化癌组织中β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达分别高于高分化癌(P<0.01);HCC组织中β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论在HCC组织中,β-连环素和E-cad的异常表达促进了肿瘤的浸润和发展;联合检测β-连环素和E-cad的表达在预测HCC转移潜能、评价预后、指导临床处理等方面可能具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathologic significance of β-catenin and E-cadherin in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin in 49 cases with HCC,of whom 7 cases were hepatic cirrhosis and 5 cases were normal liver tissues.Results The abnormal expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin were seen in one case of hepatic cirrhosis,which were not in the normal liver tissues.The abnormal expression rates of β-catenin and E-cadherin were 67.35%(33/49) and 59.18%(29/49) in HCC,which were higher in the middle-low differentiated HCC than those in the high differentiated(P〈0.01).Significant positive correlation was observed between the expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin in HCC(P〈0.01).Conclusion Abnormal expressions of β-catenin and E-cadherin in the HCC promote the infiltration and development of HCC.Combined detection of β-catenin and E-cadherin may be useful in evaluating the metastasis and biological behavior of HCC.
