摘要
设计并实现了一种应用于气相色谱仪中面向三路被控对象的高精度温控系统。介绍了总体设计思想和主要硬件的连接,重点阐述了基于C语言的数字信号处理(DSP)温控算法的实现,并在此基础上对适应被控对象变化的自适应控制算法进行了改进。在实际应用中,证明所提供的设计方法是可行的,恒温控制效果理想,且较之传统气相色谱仪温控系统在控制参数自适应方面有明显优势。
Designs and realizes a kind of temperature control system for high precision used in gas chromatographs, which controls over three different kinds of objects. Also introduces the idea of designing the whole system and connection of main hardware. Especially, explains the realization of temperature control algorithm realized in DSP based on language C and the improvement of algorithm, to which the self-adaptive control method is applied. The result in practice proves that the design is feasible. The sys- tem can satisfy the demand of constant temperature control and possess obvious advantage in self-adaptive control parameters compared with traditional temperature control system of gas chromatograph.
