摘要
实施我国水能资源区划工作,提出了我国水能资源区划的总体思路和原则,进而指出了我国水能资源区划实施的关键问题,探讨了我国水能资源综合评估的要素及评估方法,最终给出了我国水能资源区划的框架,可为我国水能资源的合理开发利用提供新的思路。
In order to implement waterpower resources division in China, the general idea and principle of water resources division is put forward. And the key problem of water resources division is pointed out. Then the comprehensive assessment factors and method are discussed. Finally, the framework of waterpower resources division is established. Therefolre, it can provide new ideas for reasonable development and utilization of waterpower resources.
