东北地区固定式与单轴跟踪式光伏发电量对比 被引量:4

Comparisons of Fixed Type PV and Single-axis Tracking Type PV in Northeast China

摘要 以吉林省乾安县光伏试验电站为例,基于近1年每3min发电量数据,统计了固定式、单轴跟踪式、单晶硅电池、多晶硅电池的发电量,在剔除缺测和不合理数据的基础上,对比了不同方式、不同材料下的光伏发电效率,并分析了固定式与单轴跟踪式的优劣与性价比。结果表明,单轴跟踪式光伏发电效率较高,多晶硅效率比单晶硅高,单轴式多晶硅系统性价比最高。 Takiing the experimental photovoltaic power plant in Qian'an city for an example, the generated energy of fixed type PV, single-axis tracking type PV, single crystal and polycrystalline silicon cells is statistical with generation data for each 3min of nearly one year. Based on eliminating unreasonable data, photovo[taic power generation efficiency of different type and different materials are compared. And then the performance-to-price ratio, advantages and disadvanta- ges of fixed type PV and single-axis tracking type PV are analyzed. The results show that single-axis tracking type has higher photovoltaic power generation efficiency; generation efficiency of polycrystalline silicon ceils is higher than that of single crystal cells; combination of single-axis tracking type PV and polycrystalline silicon cells has the highest performance-to-price ratio.
