脑室出血患者的心电图变化及临床预后研究

ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC CHANGES OF THE PATIENTS WITH VENTRICULAR HEMORRHAGE AND THEIR CLINICAL PROGNOSIS

目的 探讨脑室出血患者的心电图变化与临床预后的关系。方法 总结了 92例脑室出血患者的心电图及临床资料。结果 脑室出血患者心电图异常变化率高 ;特别是中、重型患者心电图异常变化率达 93 .3 3 % ,并且临床表现严重 ,病死率达 2 6.67%。结论 临床工作者应注意脑室出血患者的心脏受损情况 ,应及时采取保护措施 ,争取较好的疗效。

Objective To study electrocardiographic changes of the patients suffering from ventricular hemorrhage and their correlation with the clinical prognosis. Method The authors summarized clinical materials of ECG of 92 cases suffering from ventricular hemorrhage. Result Abnormal changes of ECG were high, especially for patients of media and severe types, who had abnormal ECG change rates of 93.33% with death rate of 26.67%. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to cardiac injury of the patients with ventricular hemorrhage , and protective measures should be taken in time to seek for better curative effect.
