薤白提取物对哮喘豚鼠血清IL-6、TXB_2及6-Keto-PGF_1α的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Xiebai Extracts on IL-6,TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_1αin Serum of Guinea Pig with Asthma

摘要 目的:观察豚鼠哮喘模型血清中IL-6、TXB_2及6-Keto-PGF_1α的变化,对薤白平喘作用的机理进行初步探讨,寻求可能的作用机制。方法:用不同浓度薤白提取物作用于豚鼠哮喘模型,观察其对血清中IL-6、TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_1α的影响。结果:薤白使哮喘豚鼠血清中的IL-6、TXB_2的水平降低,而6-Keto-PGF_1α水平上调,并且TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α的比值下降。结论:薤白的作用机制可能是通过抑制炎症反应,缓解慢性炎症,进而缓解支气管平滑肌的痉挛达到平喘的作用。 Objective To observe IL-6,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in serum of guinea pig models, and to explore the mechanism of xiebai extracts in relieving asthma. Methods Xiebai extracts of different concentrations were given to guinea pig models to observe the effect on IL-6,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in serum. Results Xiebai extracts decreased IL-6 and TXB2 levels, heightened 6-Keto- PGF1 α, and the ratio of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α decreased significantly. Conclusion Xiebai extracts relieving asthma may achieved by alleviating chronic inflammation and easing the spasm of bronchial smooth muscle.
