摘要
目的:观察血塞通注射液对急性短暂性脑缺血发作患者血浆IL-6和TNF-α浓度的影响,探讨血塞通注射液用于短暂性脑缺血发作治疗的机制。方法:70例急性短暂性脑缺血发作患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组接受常规治疗加用血塞通注射液治疗。急性短暂性脑缺血发作患者静脉血在入院时,入院后第1d、第2d、第3d、第5d和第7d获得,ELISA测定血浆IL-6和TNF-α浓度。结果:治疗组基本治愈11例,显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率94.3%;对照组基本治愈5例,显效6例,有效8例,无效16例,总有效率54.3%。经卡方检验,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,治疗组血浆IL-6和TNF-α浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入院后第1d、第2d、第3d、第5d和第7d,治疗组血浆IL-6和TNF-α浓度显著地低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通注射液可能通过抑制脑炎症反应,从而改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong injection on plasma interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-or con- centrations in the patients with acute transient ischemic attack and discuss its mechanism. Methods 70 patients with acute transient ischemic attack were divided to control group and treatment group. Each group had 35 cases respectively. Control group received ordi- nary therapy, and treatment group received ordinary therapy and Xuesaitong injection. Plasma samples were obtained on admission and at days 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 after acute transient ischemic attack in the patients. Their concentrations were measured by ELISA. Results After treatment, 11 cases obtained complete recovery; 14 cases, obvious recovery; 8 cases, common recovery; 2 cases, no recovery in the treatment group. Total recovery percentage was 94.3%. 5 cases obtained complete recovery; 6 cases, obvious recovery; 8 ca- ses, common recovery; 16 cases, no recovery in the control group. Total recovery percentage was 54.3%. Intergroup difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Upon admission, plasma interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-or concentrations in treatment group were not significantly lower than those in control group (both P 〉 0.05 ). However, at days 1,2, 3, 5, and 7 after acute transient ischemic at- tack, plasma IL-6 and TNF-α concentrations in treatment group were prominently lower than those in control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Xuesaitong injection could inhibit inflammatory reaction, and in result the neurological function improve after acute tran- sient ischemic attack.
