职业教育话语下的工作场所学习研究 被引量:4

摘要 工作场所学习(workplace learning,WPL),作为一种职业学习模式在职业教育发展的历史流变中经历了数次蜕变。在遥远的中世纪,它表现为一种近乎于生活形态的学徒制,为人类孕育出了无数的能工巧匠。到了近代,在机器的轰鸣声中,在制度化教育普及的浪潮中,学校逐渐替代了工作场所,从工作中学习不再是人们掌握技艺的唯一途径,反而成为了耗时、低效人才培养模式的代名词。直至现代,在知识经济的主导下,在终身学习思潮的推动下,工作场所学习又再次成为了人们所关注的焦点。在职业教育界,它演变为目前与工作世界广泛合作的各类名目繁多的工作本位学习项目(work-based learning)。它的卷土重来以及对学徒制价值的重新审视到底是对手工业精神的复辟,还是对职业教育初始形态的怀念?
