襄阳市公共文化服务制度体系建设的思考

System Construction of Public Culture Service in Xiangyang City

建立覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系是繁荣社会主义文化、构建和谐社会的必然要求。我们认为,必须通过制定和建立公共文化服务管理制度,面向基层的公共文化扶持制度和自下而上的反馈表达机制等措施,才能推动襄阳公共文化服务体系建设不断完善,切实保障城乡居民均等享有文化服务的权益。

It is necessary to set up public culture service system which covers the whole society to flourish social- ist culture and construct harmonious society. We must establish management system, supporting system aiming at public culture in the grassroots level and feedback system.
