PHARMACOKINETIC OF THE ENZYMES STUDY ON PURIFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF β-LACTAMASES

本文详细描述了由我室建立的β-内酰胺酶的纯化与鉴定方法,研究方法包括:(1)经超声破碎和超速离心制备β-内酰胺酶原酶提取液;(2)用离子交换层析和凝胶过滤层析法纯化β-内酰胺酶;(3)从等电点,分子量和生物性质三方面鉴定β-内酰胺酶。

The method of purification and idetification of β-lactamases esteblished by our laboratory was described in detail. The main procedures were as follows: 1. preparation of crude β-lactamases by sonication and ultra-centrifugation; 2. purification of β-lactamases by ionexchange chromactography and gelfiltration chromatography; 3. identification of β-lacta-mases by pI, molecular weight values and substrate rinetics of the enzymes.
