摘要
论述了图像质量的评价方法,对单刺激评价方法和峰值信噪比评价方法进行了比较分析和归纳总结,并指出了其适用性和局限性。根据视频全电视信号的数字采集过程,对引起图像降质的因素进行了详细分析,重点讨论了量化噪声和数字信号对图像质量的影响,并对图像降质过程进行了理论推导。根据分析结果提出了改善图像质量的措施,给出了合理布局布线的建议。
The assessment method of image quality is discussed firstly. The single stimulus and Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)assessment methods are compared,analyzed and summarized,and their applicability and limitations are indicated.On the basis of digital acquisition process of composite video signal,the causations for image deterioration is elaborated with focus on the effects of quantization noise and digital signal on image quality,and the image deteri oration process is theoretically derived.According to the analysis results,the measures for improving image quality are proposed,and the feasible proposals f or layout and routing are given finally,which have important guiding significan ce in engineering practice.
