摘要
研究了驯化后的光合细菌N菌株—沼泽红假单胞菌的生长细胞在不同条件下对活性大红的脱色处理效果。结果表明,沼泽红假单胞菌具有较高的细胞活性,并对活性大红具有较强的脱色处理能力。在活性大红浓度为100mg/L时,该菌株生长细胞脱色的最佳条件为:温度30℃,pH值为7,光照厌氧条件下的脱色效率远远高于光照好氧条件下的脱色效率,脱色效率达到80.2%,活性大红作为该菌株唯一的碳源和能源,脱色效率与细胞浓度呈极显著相关,细菌脱色效率保持在较恒定的水平。
The decolorization effect of tamed Rhodopseudomonas palustris of Photosynthetic bacteria N strain growth cell to reactive red under the different conditions was studied.The results show that the Rhodopseudomonas palustris has high cell activity,and strong decoloring treatment ability to reactive red.When the concentration of reactive red is 100 mg/L,30℃ temperature,and pH value for 7,the decolored rate of light anaerobic conditions is much higher than the light well under the condition of oxygen bleaching rate.The best decolorization efficiency reach up to 80.2% under the best condition of growth cells.When the strain was decolorized with the dye stuff as sole source of carbon and energy,the decolorization rate was significantly correlative to the cell concentration and the decolorization specific activity of the strains was maintained at rather stable level.
