文章指出当今中国面对的国际形势十分严峻,文化战争一触即发,主要原因在于中国崛起进程中",汉字文化圈"却已然失效,半个世纪以来,整个东南亚"去中国化"倾向十分严重,"汉字文化圈"已经被"美国文化圈"取代,导致中国对周边国家影响力大幅减小。因而需要尽快提升中国文化软实力:其一,和平崛起需提升文化软实力;其二,"汉字文化圈"辐射力亟需重建;其三,注重当代人的幸福指数与灵魂安定;其四,"文化强国"战略是中国文艺复兴的希望;其五,和平崛起需注重"文化创新";其六,警惕东亚文化战争与重建中国大国形象。
