商业化模式下的优质肉鸡产蛋曲线数学模型研究 被引量:6

摘要 以优质肉鸡商业化育种模式下周产蛋数据为研究对象,选取常用的Ali&Schaeffer模型、Wood模型、Mc-Millan模型和Yang模型等4种数学模型进行优质肉鸡产蛋模型研究。采用决定系数(R2)、平均绝对离差(MAD)、均方误差(MSE)等作为模型拟合效果评价指标。研究结果表明,4种模型拟合效果存在差异,模型R2值范围为0.858 4~0.968 3,其中Ali&Schaeffer模型R2值最高。MAD和MSE评价与R2评价所得结论一致。结果表明Ali&Schaeffer模型(R2=0.968 3,MAD=0.017 8,MSE=0.000 5)用于优质肉鸡产蛋曲线拟合效果最为合适。 The weekly laying rate date of high quality chickens under commercial mode was fitted by four mathematical models,including Ali Schaeffer model,Wood model,McMillan model and Yang model.The characteristics of these four mathematical models were calculated by R2 value,mean absolute deviation(MAD) and mean square error(MSE).The results of the four fittings were different with R2 values ranged from 0.858 4 to 0.968 3.Among which,the R2 value of Ali Schaeffer model was the largest.The results from MAD and MSE were consistent with the conclusion from R2.It is concluded that Ali Schaeffer model(R2=0.968 3,MAD=0.017 8,MSE=0.000 5) is the optimum model of egg production for high quality chicken.
