不同基因型高粱品种对盐胁迫的生理响应 被引量:4

摘要 利用250mmol/L NaCl溶液对河农16和623B高粱幼苗进行盐胁迫处理0h、2h、4h、6h、8h、12h后,测定其可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、叶绿素和丙二醛含量,并测定超氧化物歧化酶以及过氧化物酶的活性。结果表明:河农16和623B在盐胁迫下各生理指标有不同的变化趋势。可溶性蛋白、总叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性在短时间盐胁迫下变化不明显,在6h或8h时表现下降。脯氨酸、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性变化不大或最终表现为上升趋势。623B在盐胁迫下,可溶性蛋白、总叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性均明显高于河农16;脯氨酸、丙二醛含量略低于河农16。相对来说,623B的耐盐性更强。 The seedlings of Sorghum bicolor varieties HN16 and 623B were treated by 250 mmol/L NaCl solution for different times(0 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h and 12 h),and the contents of soluble protein,proline,chlorophyll and MDA,POD activity and SOD activity were determined to study the salt resistance of different sorghum varieties.The results showed that there was difference between HN16 and 623B in physiological and biochemical indexes under the salt treatment.In a short period,the contents of soluble protein,chlorophyll and POD did not change obviously,while they presented a downward trend at 6 h and 8 h.The contents of proline,MDA and SOD showed little difference,or presented an upward trend.As for 623B,the contents of soluble protein,chlorophyll,POD and SOD appeared much more than those of HN16 under the salt treatment,but the contents of proline and MDA were lower.Overall,the salt resistance of 623B is relatively stronger.
